Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy
At Dr. Shuja Homeopathic Clinic & Store, patient satisfaction, medicine integrity, and hygiene standards are our foremost priorities.
1. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a parcel with broken glass bottles, leakage, or an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by sending photos/videos of the package to our WhatsApp helpline at +92 333 9716116. We will arrange a free immediate replacement at no extra cost to you.
2. Return Eligibility & Medicine Safety Guidelines
Due to health, medical hygiene, and pharmaceutical safety standards:
- Bottles with broken security seals, opened medicine droppers, or partially used remedies cannot be returned.
- Unopened, sealed, and undamaged standard retail items in original condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Custom-formulated individualized dilution mixtures prepared specifically for a patient symptom history cannot be restocked once dispatched.
3. Return Address & Shipping Responsibility
All approved returns must be sent via registered courier to our official clinic address:

Note: Customers are responsible for return courier postage fees, except when returning items due to verified shipping damage or transit error, where return postage is reimbursed by the clinic.
4. Refund Process & Timelines
- Once returned items are received and inspected at our clinic, refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days.
- Refunds are transferred directly via Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash according to customer preference.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled free of charge prior to courier dispatch by contacting us on WhatsApp. Once a parcel has been handed over to TCS or Leopards, standard return protocols apply.
