- Consultations are conducted through digital channels (WhatsApp, website symptom intake, and phone). Patients are required to provide accurate, honest, and comprehensive symptom descriptions.
- Online guidance does not replace physical emergency trauma care, acute surgical intervention, or hospital intensive care.
2. Order Placement, Verification & Pricing
- All prices on the website are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable product handling.
- We reserve the right to verify customer phone numbers and delivery addresses before dispatching orders.
- In case of pricing errors or sudden market stock fluctuations, our clinic will inform the customer prior to order processing.
3. Payment Terms
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD with advance shipping verification), Direct Bank Transfer, and digital mobile accounts (EasyPaisa / JazzCash). Orders are processed upon verification.
