2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Threshold
- Standard Flat Rate: Rs. 300 for parcels up to 1 kg nationwide.
- Free Delivery Offer: Orders of Rs. 5,000 or above qualify for 100% Free Shipping nationwide.
- Clinic Pickup: Patients visiting our clinic in Latamber (KPK) can pick up prescribed medications directly with zero delivery charges.
3. Dispatch & Transit Timeline
- Order Processing & Dispatch: Confirmed orders and customized treatment formulations are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and national holidays).
- Major Cities: Delivery typically takes 2 to 4 business days following dispatch.
- Remote & Regional Areas: Delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Booking Policy
To confirm authentic orders and prevent unverified consignments, Cash on Delivery is supported nationwide with an advance courier booking fee (Rs. 300 for orders below Rs. 5,000) payable via EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or Bank Transfer. The medicine balance is collected on doorstep delivery. Orders of Rs. 5,000 and above qualify for free delivery.
